Job training & entrepreneurship
A real live-commerce workplace where members practice hosting, marketing, inventory, merchandising, fulfillment, shipping, customer service, teamwork, and creative production.
Community & belonging
A welcoming community built around friendship, shared interests, outings, meals, creative gatherings, and meaningful participation in everyday community life.
Person-centered guidance
Practical support for individuals and families exploring or participating in California's Self-Determination Program, grounded in each person's goals and choices.
Service & philanthropy
Hands-on opportunities to organize donation drives, volunteer projects, community partnerships, and acts of service that position members as contributors and changemakers.
Pathways primarily serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Program fit, scheduling, funding, and support needs are discussed individually so we can understand each person’s goals and determine the best next step.
