Pathways Pop Shop is a live-selling studio, social enterprise, and hands-on job training program where adults with disabilities build transferable skills in a real business environment.
How it works
Every show, order, and partnership becomes a learning opportunity.
Members take meaningful roles across the entire operation—from preparing inventory and presenting products to packing orders and supporting customers. Training is individualized, practical, and connected to real outcomes.
Revenue supports Pathways programming while business partnerships, product donations, sponsorships, and co-branded events help expand inclusive employment opportunities.
