Pathways Social ClubDonateAbout Pathways
We create spaces where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can learn, work, thrive, and lead—surrounded by purpose, creativity, and belonging.
Our mission
Pathways Social Club is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to reimagining what inclusive programs can be. We help adults with disabilities build confidence, independence, friendships, practical skills, and a stronger voice in their communities.
Our work blends community connection with creative entrepreneurship. Through social experiences, person-centered support, community service, and the Pathways Pop Shop job program, members learn by doing and contribute in ways that are visible, valuable, and authentic.
What guides us
Each person directs their own path, goals, participation, and definition of success.
Community is not simply being present. It is being known, valued, included, and missed.
Meaningful responsibility and contribution create confidence that cannot be taught in isolation.
People with lived experience help guide the programs and decisions that affect them.
Member-led by design
Our Advisory Board is made up entirely of neurodivergent adults. Their lived experience helps shape our priorities, programs, events, and partnerships.
Founder and Executive Director Ashton Mackintosh leads Pathways alongside a team committed to creativity, dignity, entrepreneurship, and practical inclusion.
