At the foundation of everything we do is The Pathways Social Club — a welcoming community open to anybody and everybody. Our club offers adults of all abilities a chance to connect, build friendships, and take part in meaningful activities that strengthen confidence, independence, and belonging.

Through shared meals, group outings, and creative gatherings, members experience inclusion in action. It’s a space where people feel seen, valued, and supported — and where new relationships grow into lifelong community connections.

Our Self-Determination Program empowers individuals and families to take the lead in shaping their own lives. Through person-centered planning, members identify their goals, strengths, and passions — and our team provides the tools, mentorship, and support to help them reach those goals with confidence.

We also offer consultation services for families who are exploring or already participating in the Self-Determination Program. Whether you’re just getting started, looking for guidance on creating a spending plan, or already enrolled and need new resources, advocacy, or creative support, our team can help you navigate every step of the process to ensure you’re getting the most out of your program.

This initiative invites participants, families, and service partners to collaborate in building lives of purpose and independence. At Pathways, we believe that when people are supported to direct their own journey, self-determination becomes the foundation for success.

Kindness is at the heart of everything we do, and our Community Engagement & Philanthropy Program invites others to join us in spreading it. We believe that every meaningful path is forged through acts of compassion, connection, and generosity.

This program gives members and partners the chance to get involved in hands-on community service — from organizing donation drives and volunteer projects to supporting local families, businesses, and nonprofits. Each act of kindness, whether big or small, helps strengthen the communities we call home.

We also collaborate with corporate partners, schools, and organizations who want to make a tangible difference. Together, we turn shared values into action — proving that kindness doesn’t just create connection, it creates change.

Our Advisory Board is made up entirely of neurodivergent adults who help guide and shape the direction of Pathways. Marlo Ryan serves as President, Ross Bristow as Vice President, and Arleena Greene as Secretary — each bringing unique strengths, perspectives, and vision to our mission. Their lived experience ensures that every idea and program we develop reflects the true meaning of inclusion.

We invite new members, families, and community partners to connect with our club, join our advisory efforts, or simply take part in the conversations that move our mission forward. At Pathways, leadership is not defined by titles — it’s defined by heart, authenticity, and the courage to be part of something bigger.

The Pathways Pop Shop is where creativity meets opportunity. Designed as both a live-selling studio and a hands-on job training program, it gives adults with disabilities the chance to gain real-world experience in marketing, hosting, packaging, customer service, and entrepreneurship.

Members learn transferable job skills while building confidence, teamwork, and independence — all within a supportive, inclusive environment that celebrates creativity and growth. Each show, sale, and product becomes a platform for learning, empowerment, and connection.

For our business and community partners, the Pop Shop offers a unique way to collaborate — from product donations and sponsorships to co-branded live events and training opportunities. Every partnership helps expand employment pathways and create a more inclusive future of work.
