When we walk together, we are always on the right path.
At Pathways Social Club, we believe that community and opportunity go hand in hand. We create spaces where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can learn, work, and thrive — surrounded by purpose, creativity, and belonging.
Our team brings together innovation and inclusion through programs like the Pathways Pop Shop, where members gain real-world job experience in marketing, hosting, and entrepreneurship. Every live show, product, and partnership helps build confidence and independence, turning creativity into opportunity and community into impact.
Pathways Social Club is a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to reimagining what inclusive programs can be. We’re challenging outdated models and reshaping the way people with disabilities engage with their communities — not as participants, but as leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs. Our goal is to inspire change that ripples far beyond our club, setting a new standard for inclusion, connection, and opportunity.
What makes Pathways truly unique is that our Advisory Board is made up entirely of neurodivergent adults who help lead the direction of our programs and initiatives. Marlo Ryan serves as President, Ross Bristow as Vice President, and Arleena Greene as Secretary, each bringing their own voice, perspective, and passion to the table. Together, they represent the heart of Pathways — the people we serve are the same people who guide and shape our mission.
